Dogs are said to be the most loyal and best friend of all time, who provide you great companionship. Yes, they are animal but don’t underestimate their friendly behavior knowing that they are just ANIMAL. The fact is that you can trust them much better than your neighbors. Though, make sure your dog is well trained who is happy, well obedient, responsible, and listen to your words every time you say something to him/her. I am a complete dog lover who is the owner of two German Shepherds. They belong to me and I belong to them. How cool is that!
It was kind of a difficult job to raise them up when they were little active puppies. As they grew up I was concerned about how to train them well, so that everyone welcomes them. Sometimes I was searching online for dog training resources; meanwhile I had to read a book written by a good trainer. Anyway it was a great book! I was surprised knowing the guides and useful resources on dog training from the book. Compared to that excellent training book I read, the resources I found online was really poor. The real scenario is that you have to pay some money to get the thing you really seek for. Well, I have come across several best dog training books and today I will review some of them only.

I want to share my honest review on this book as I love it very much and I see it as a real treasure on my bookshelf. As I have already read this, I think this is the best comprehensive German shepherd dog training book I have come across. Those who are thinking of becoming an owner of this dog breed should collect this one first and read right away. Then get the dog right after you finish reading it. This is my kind advice to you!

In fact, he read this and suggested me to try to get some ideas off it. The author, Dr. Sophia Yin has crafted the book with a lot of useful information based on dog training with great illustrations. This practical guide let’s you understand the basic dog training ideas such as their social behavior and body language. What impresses me the most about this book is that along with learning the basic behavioral techniques you could learn the theory behind how they work.
3) Zak George’s Dog Training Revolution: The Complete Guide to Raising the Perfect Pet with Love
Zak is a real star when it comes to talking about dog training. I have watched his various shows on the Animal Planet channel and of course watched dog training videos on YouTube. The more you read this book the more you would learn and ultimately you become a good dog trainer, at least to your beloved dog! If you really want to have a wonderful relationship with your dog and teach good manners then you have got to read this comprehensive guide. The book includes how to choose the right pup for you, basic house training, common behavioral issues, health care essentials, the activities to enjoy with your dog. However, it will teach a better way to train your dog for sure.
4) The Art of Raising a Puppy (Revised Edition)
If you wish a better happy life for your puppy now who will become a dog in the near future then read this book. A well trained dog with a good behavior is welcome everywhere. He/she will be praised by your neighbors, and children would like to play with him/her in the park. “The Art of Raising a Puppy” is said to be one of the most famous puppy raising books in the recent years. The book is well written with a lot of useful information on basic puppy training techniques. And honestly, it is easy to read every pages and comes with many colorful photographs. There is nothing much to say because every page of this book is filled with practical useful dog training information. It is perfect book to read for the first time dog owner and trainer. To tell you the truth, it was really hard for me to stop reading. The book reveals the techniques how to train your dog more effectively, how to select a dog, how to ensure dog’s physical fitness, how to walk your dogs, how to be your dog’s best friend, how to correct canine behavioral problems, how to behave with them, grooming, proper feeding and many other important topic. If you don’t read this then certainly you would miss knowing something very important.
8) Family Friendly Dog Training: A Six Week Program for You and Your Dog

Every professional dog trainer must recommend this excellent book to their students. It is definitely a good resource to have when it comes to caring for your dog, highly recommended!

Read the book, learn the methods, say goodbye to struggle and surprise the neighbors. It is worth reading.

Raising a puppy is no longer a difficult task! I am saying this with confidence because this book appears to be a great dog trainer. To be honest with you, you don’t have to hire a professional dog trainer to raise your puppy in a good manner. I have seen this book in the hands of many novice dog trainers. They certainly think this is the right weapon they need to train a puppy. Two topics of the book drew my attention much, they are: How to stop unwanted behavior and helping puppies conquer their fears. Anyway these topics are important just like the basic obedience positive training methods. Don’t say you are hopeless if you don’t find any success, try hard over and over again and the result would be outstanding.
